Cashless Payment System
What
You can buy everything at Lake on Fire without using actual cash. It works by uploading your NFC chip woven in your wristband by cash/credit or maestro card.
Costs
To activate the wristband there will be 2€ activation costs which will be deducted at the first transaction.
Where to load your Wristband
You can load credit on your wirstband at our cash desk between the main bar and the food tent.
Opening Hours Cash Desk
Friday 05.08. 12:00-14:00 at the campsite; 15:00-02:00 at the venue
Saturday 06.08. 13:00 - 02:00
How much credit do I need
That's up to you. But please consider it would be clever to load up a higher amount in the first place. This will safe a lot of time for you and for us. Furthermore, you can return your credit anytime at the festival, as well as after the event.
How to know my credit status
You can check your credit status at every sales point, please ask our staff!
Cash Return?
Refund is possible any time at the festival (see opening hours of the cash desk) or after the festival. Visit the Refund Site to claim your balance. This portal will be open from 08.08. - 19.08.2022.
in case of loss or Damage?
Basically, it's almost impossible to loose the chip as it is woven in your festival wristband. If your chip should be damaged please get in touch with us. Please be aware that we connot be held liable for any loss of your credit in case of damage or loss!
